Door keys

Two keys are allocated to each unit and will be distributed to the owners upon first moving into the building. Any additional keys can be purchased at an extra cost. Arrangements to receive additional unit keys can be made through Site Property Management Office.

Condominium rules prohibit the modification of door locks.

Please note that in accordance with the declaration of your corporation all unit door keys are on one master key. The master key system allows management to gain immediate access in case of an emergency (e.g. fire or flood). Prior to changing your lock please contact property management to ensure that your lock remains on the master system. The cost to have a lock put back on the master system, should it be required, will be at your expense. Safety chain/double locks, etc., may not be attached to unit entry doors without the consent of the board of directors.
