Going on vacation

Please notify management if you intend to leave your unit unattended for extended periods of time and include in the information names of people authorized to enter your unit, as well as a contact person that we could call in case of an emergency.

Please make sure to set your thermostat to the on position at an appropriate temperature. You are responsible for keeping your unit at the appropriate temperature. This will help to avoid any issue with flooring expansion and contraction.

We also suggest that you shut off the water supply to your unit prior to leaving. The main water shut-offs are located underneath the bathroom vanities. In most cases the water supply for your entire unit can be shut off from this one location.
