Garage transmitter

The owner of each parking space should have a garage door transmitter. This device is used to gain entry to the resident parking garage. Additional transmitter(s) can be purchased at an extra cost. Arrangements to receive additional and/or replacement of transmitter(s) can be made through Site Property Management Office.

Please advise the Management Office immediately if your transmitter is lost or stolen to prevent unauthorized access to the garage.

Please note the garage door entrance is intended to allow only one vehicle entry at a time. Any driver entering behind another vehicle without using the transponder runs the risk of damaging their vehicle and/or the common elements. In order to avoid such damage, please use the transmitter at all times even if the garage door is in the open position as any damage caused is the responsibility of the driver.
