Access fobs

Upon turnover each unit was assigned two unit keys, two mailbox keys, two locker keys, two building access fobs and one parking garage access transmitter. Owners may purchase a maximum of two access fobs per bedroom subject to management approval.

The keys, fobs, and transmitters should be transferred to you from the seller upon closing. Please follow up with your lawyer if you do not receive these.

Kindly note, management is not involved in the key handover process for new unit owners, however we have established a policy for additional keys, fobs, and transmitters. If you require additional keys, fobs, or transmitters, please contact the management office: management@tscc2510.ca

Please advise the management office immediately if any of your remotes are lost or stolen to prevent unauthorized access to the building.
