Mail delivery

Canada Post will deliver the mail directly to your unit mailbox located in the mailroom on the ground floor. Courier deliveries are collected by the concierge and residents receive an immediate notification; residents must pick up their deliveries within 3 days of delivery or they may be returned to sender with costs charged back to the unit owner.

All residents should have two mail keys. They are for opening your unit’s mailbox located in the lobby. It is essential that your keys be kept in a safe place. Should you lose your mailbox key, notify property management; they will instruct you on how to obtain additional mailbox keys.
